Peter G. Basica, President

 

Peter Basica has spent almost 30 years studying the dynamics of communications, customer satisfaction and sales from multiple perspectives. As a Sales Professional Peter has consistently been ranked as the number one producer in every organization he has been affiliated with in insurance, technology and the marine industry. Working as a General Manager, Marketing Director, Agency Development Manager, Educator and Sales Director the same success has flowed to his TEAM. The constant in the chain of success have been effective communication.

 

A diverse education at the University of Illinois that included concentrated studies in Political Science, English, Economics and Philosophy prepared Peter to continue his studies in the field of sales and management. As a disciple of the MBWA (Management by Walking Around) Peter believes the cornerstone of effective leadership is accepting the realities faced internally (Manufacturing) and externally (Sales & Customer Service) by the tip-of-the-spear of your organization.

Joseph P. Glowacki

As a Coach and a Teacher Joe has no equal. He would never make that claim, but his students frequently do. As the Senior Educator with HAC Joe created the curriculum that was used within 60% of the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Dealerships around the country. As a pioneer and visionary he developed the methodology that propels dozens of coaching firms around the country.

  • Researched and developed the curriculum for the Communications College.

  • One of only 2 consultants qualified to “train the trainer”

  • Managed and directed a team of 10 as Business Unit Coordinator.

  • Developed the Relationship management system (RMS), which included sales, management, coaching, communications, telephone, follow-up process.

  • Selected as the only consultant to travel to Spain and Italy to “train the trainer” (all of our international trainers are bi-lingual)

  • Traveled throughout the USA and Canada conducting seminars for Ford Motor Co. and Ford Motor Credit.                            

  • Researched and helped develop the training manual for the Marine Industry

  • Only consultant qualified to do the sales and communications training for US Marine Corp. parent company of, Sea ray, Maxum, Boston Whaler, Bayliner and Mercury Power source.
