How can SBP “learn my business for a project when it has taken me years to learn it myself?

Access: to you and your company’s key people. You have the expertise and knowledge to run your business. We have the tools and techniques to leverage that knowledge base and expand it to your employees. The power of the collective intellect is amazing when it is unleashed.

Aren’t all these “motivational” programs alike?

We cannot motivate anyone; people motivate themselves when they are presented with information , processes and opportunities that are logical and practical. People need to identify what is in this program or change that will benefit them. If there is no benefit personally there is no motivation. We work hand in hand with our partners to create programs that clearly demonstrate benefits for the people and the company if they change a behavior or process. Those who attend our sessions find them to be highly motivational and frequently give us credit for improving their skills and performance. We certainly appreciate their kind remarks but always recognize that they are the ones who are doing the work and motivating themselves.

The movie clips add so much to your program and really leave a deep impression. How do you find them?

The people at SBP are very creative but we do have help. At almost every session we conduct someone from the group has a great idea for a clip. We rarely use the same material because there is such a vast pool to draw from. We try to keep our material fresh and exciting so that it continues to have dramatic impact and creates the results our partner’s desire.

Is it legal to show these movies at my place of business?

SBP pays licensing fees to ASCAP and the MPLC so our partners are covered. We have a deep respect for the creative talent it takes to make a movie or write a song as our business is so similar in many ways — we are performing for you. We would protect our intellectual property as vigorously as the movie and music industry so we certainly respect their creative properties and pay the appropriate fees.

Does SBP do Six Sigma implementations?

SBP works with Six Sigma specialists to insure the success of the programs by creating the cultural acceptance of the program. Six Sigma is no different from any other industrial tool in that if it is not part of the culture of your business it is not used. Our HotWired LearningTM puts the acceptance of this methodology on the fast track making it even more effective. SBP can provide the Six Sigma resource for your company or work with the Black Belt your have already selected.

The programs sound great, but expensive. Can we afford SBP services?

We would like to say that you can’t afford not to use SBP but that may be considered a flippant response. Our programs are modular in design and adaptable to support your company’s culture and objectives. Unlike many other vendors who present canned solutions we learn your business, represent your values and build a program to drive your objectives. By carefully controlling our overhead and expenses we are able to deliver the highest quality service at a reasonable fee with excellent results. Maybe you can’t afford to use another vendor!

How did the name Silver Bullet Partners evolve?

We wanted our name to tell our clients more about us than just a name. Silver Bullets have been associated with the Lone Ranger, killing vampires and in the board room as the magical solution to close a deal or solve a difficult problem. We believe that the solution to most problems in the business world is education — the Silver Bullet we deliver.

The word Partners is equally important. There is only so much you would be willing to do for a client or business associate. Think about how much more you would do for your partner. At SBP we always do more than our partners have contracted for.

Why is TEAM always in capital letters on the site and in presentations?

What you say and do -- what you put in your mind -- alters your thought process. If there is only on capital letter in TEAM then one letter is more important than the others. On true TEAM all members have the same value or said another way every member of the TEAM is equally important. To live that concept we start with the foundation of how we think. That begins with always writing TEAM in all capital letters.
